Payment Policy
How deposits and crypto payments are handled on LimitedsZone.
These policies are provided for LimitedsZone users and should be reviewed and adapted by qualified legal counsel before relying on them as formal legal documents.
1. Marketplace purchases
Purchases made with platform balance use the balance recorded on your account. The applicable amount is reserved or deducted by the marketplace transaction flow and the related trade is created according to the listing’s status.
Do not send money directly to a seller unless the platform explicitly instructs you to do so.
2. Crypto payments
For a crypto payment request, LimitedsZone displays the requested asset, network, amount, and receiving address. Always verify all four before sending.
A crypto payment is credited only after the payment processor confirms the transaction and the platform verifies that it belongs to the expected payment request.
- Send only the specified cryptocurrency.
- Use only the specified network.
- Send to the exact address shown for your payment request.
- Check the exact amount before confirming the transfer.
- Network fees paid to your wallet provider are separate from the amount requested by LimitedsZone.
3. Deposit amount
For crypto deposits, the credited balance is based on the amount actually confirmed as received for the deposit, subject to the payment processor’s confirmation data and the platform’s processing rules. A user should not expect a larger balance than the value actually received.
4. Pending payments
A payment may remain pending while the payment processor is waiting for blockchain detection or required confirmations. Users should not resend a payment unless instructed by support or the payment request has been recreated.
5. Failed or expired payments
Expired, cancelled, rejected, or otherwise invalid payment requests are not automatically treated as successful deposits. If you believe a payment was made but was not credited, contact support with the payment ID or transaction information.
