By creating an account or using LimitedsZone, you agree to use the marketplace lawfully and to provide accurate information when required.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

LimitedsZone provides a marketplace and escrow-style trade workflow between buyers and sellers. A transaction is subject to the status shown in the platform and any applicable marketplace rules.

Do not attempt to bypass the marketplace, manipulate transaction states, submit false payment information, or interfere with another user’s account or trade.

Platform balances represent amounts recorded by LimitedsZone. Deposits are credited only after the applicable payment processor confirms the payment according to the platform’s payment rules.

Crypto payments must be sent to the asset and network specified for the payment request. Users are responsible for checking the asset, network, address, and amount before sending.

You may not use LimitedsZone to commit fraud, abuse payment systems, exploit bugs, access accounts without authorization, or otherwise interfere with the security or operation of the service.

• Attempting duplicate or unauthorized purchases
• Submitting fake, altered, or misleading payment information
• Trying to obtain or release escrow funds without authorization
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or rate-limit protections
• Using the service for unlawful activity

LimitedsZone may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or operational reasons. We may also review or restrict transactions that appear suspicious or unsafe.
